Update from the August 18th Advisory Committee Meeting

TAREI was represented Monday, August 18, 2008 at the TREC Commission meeting by Joe Gonzales, TAREI President-Elect and Mark Eberwine, TAREI VP of Government and Regulatory Affairs.

The following documents were submitted to the commissioners and were passed in their current form. This allows the proposed changes to be posted to the Texas Register for public comments. They will be posted around September 5, 2008. TAREI will notify our members once they are available for review. They will be posted for 30 days. Any comments made will be addressed at the next Inspector Advisory Committee meeting in October.
