by JD Fuller and Craig Lemmon, EDI certified Stucco and EIFS inspector and moisture analysts (8 hours of TREC approved credit) Fact and fiction regarding exterior claddings using Stucco. An in-depth, hands on approach showing inspectors how to do a non-invasive inspection using the latest in infrared thermography/ wet wall detectors and good old common sense. We will walk you through the process of inspecting a stucco and EIFS clad structures.
We will spend a portion of the day in the classroom and part will be in the field.
