These images are things that cannot be seen by the naked eye nor would they have been discovered during a visual home inspection.  This tool allows you to provide your client with a more detailed, accurate and valuable report.  This is NOT a sales demonstration.  This is simply a tool that we would like to show attendees so that they may add this technique to their home inspection for possible additional income.

Are you ready to take your inspection business to the next level?  The Introduction to Infrared Testing is for individuals interested in using infrared technology during the home inspection.  Course participants will learn the operational basics of infrared technology.  Learn about heat transfer and the theories behind infrared technology.  We will then go into the field for a hands-on demonstration.  If you want to gain a clear understanding of infrared technology and its application for home inspectors, this course is for you.

Spray Foam Insulation with Demilec

"Recently I did an inspection of a new home with spray foam insulation.  I asked another inspector to share the job with me for another set of eyes and efficiency.  WRONG!  He had never seen an attic with a foam application.  While explaining to him why it was different I found myself unable to fully explain all the components.  It was frustrating not being able to explain my reasoning and still knowing I was right."

Has this ever happened to you?  If so, you understand the situation this inspector was in.  If not, you ,may by if you don't learn more about this product that is becoming more and more popular.

Our speaker will review proper installation of spray foam insulation, vented vs. unvented attics, differences between open cell and closed cell foam, using proper heating/cooling systems, ignition barriers/intumescent coating, and much more.
